Shift planning
With Krutec WEB personnel planning, you can plan your employees in shifts and also assign activities with our Krutec WEB project recording .
A graphical user interface provides you with an overview of demand and planning. This allows you to quickly and easily assign shifts and record absences. Krutec WEB personnel planning is linked to our time tracking tool . This means that entries you make in one of the two programs will also appear in the other.
Reduce your current effort in personnel scheduling to a minimum with our software and react directly to changes without the need for a completely new shift plan.

Dienstplan Erstellung
With Krutec WEB workforce planning, you can easily schedule your employees into shifts using the software. You can either use existing shifts from time tracking or plan shifts specifically created in personnel planning.
Graphic planning
Plan people and shifts by simply dragging the respective shifts or absences into the planning calendar.
Requirements overview
Based on qualifications and qualification groups, you can determine your daily requirements and always have an overview of the qualifications already planned when planning.
Update shifts
If your planning only changes slightly, you can simply have an already planned time period updated for a new plan and then only change the affected days or people.
Integrated into time recording
The shifts and absences you plan are then transferred directly to the time recording system and form the new calculation basis for the respective days.
Integrated into self-service
Every employee with access to our self-service system can also view their schedule in the staff calendar and thus know directly what their plans are for the coming days and weeks.
Activity planning
In addition to shift planning, activities can also be planned. Our Krutec WEB project tracking system is required for activity planning for projects.

Thanks to the modular structure of our software, you have the option of integrating additional modules into the workforce planning software at any time. If you already use our time tracking system or are considering using it in addition to access control, you’ll save yourself the trouble of creating your employees again, as the time tracking and access control software share the same employee database.
Time recording
As the main program, time recording offers you the possibility to create and manage staff in addition to recording times and all bookings.
Cost centers and projects
Track your employees' time against cost centers or have them book activities against projects. Keep track of time and costs at all times.
Access control
With Krutec WEB access control, you can now manage your rooms, doors, gates, barriers, turnstiles, tripod barriers, and much more. Krutec WEB access control accesses the same database as time recording. This means you don't need to create your personnel and their data again.
