A graphical user interface provides you with an overview of demand and planning. This allows you to quickly and easily assign shifts and record absences. Krutec WEB personnel planning is linked to our time tracking tool . This means that entries you make in one of the two programs will also appear in the other.

With Krutec WEB workforce planning, you can easily schedule your employees into shifts using the software. You can either use existing shifts from time tracking or plan shifts specifically created in personnel planning.

Plan people and shifts by simply dragging the respective shifts or absences into the planning calendar.

Based on qualifications and qualification groups, you can determine your daily requirements and always have an overview of the qualifications already planned when planning.

If your planning only changes slightly, you can simply have an already planned time period updated for a new plan and then only change the affected days or people.

The shifts and absences you plan are then transferred directly to the time recording system and form the new calculation basis for the respective days.

Every employee with access to our self-service system can also view their schedule in the staff calendar and thus know directly what their plans are for the coming days and weeks.

In addition to shift planning, activities can also be planned. Our Krutec WEB project tracking system is required for activity planning for projects.
