Each of your employees receives an RFID transponder or ID card . This card grants them access to the rooms designated as ” authorized access ” for them or their group in the Krutec access control software.

Creating access plans is quick and easy, and can be modified just as quickly at any time. Individual or mass assignments make it easier for you to store access plans .

Additional access control functions

Access plans

With access plans, you can quickly and easily define doors and access times uniformly and assign people.

Create multiple access plans with different conditions so that your employees only have access to areas where they are authorized.

Time profiles

With a time profile, you can control when someone should have access. You can enter multiple time periods from Monday to Sunday, and optional time profiles for holidays.

Visitors and guests

The visitor management of our access system allows you to register visitors in advance from any workstation and record their most important data as well as the expected time of arrival.

This gives your reception area the opportunity to access this data directly upon visitor arrival and issue a visitor badge even faster.

A contact person and, if applicable, a license plate can be left with the visitor, as well as a date from which the visitor badge expires.

Visitors receive a separate access plan and can therefore only move around in the rooms listed in the access plan.

Visitor access times are automatically documented in the software and can be analyzed at any time. You can also make corrections if a visitor forgets to log off.

Attendance check

Using the presence check, you can see in real time who is currently in the building or who is marked as "absent."

Please note that this functionality is not compatible with all hardware and requires an exit reader.

Door open alarm

If supported by the door or gate, you can also use our access system to see which doors are open.

In the event of an alarm system activation, this is a decisive relief.

Remote opening

With just a few mouse clicks, you can open doors directly from the access control software. Together with our authorization profiles, you can allow selected individuals to use this functionality.

Scalable

Access control can be expanded at any time. Whether you want to connect additional doors or gates or add access control to a new hall, we are always at your side and will be happy to assist you with this implementation.

Fingerprint, RFID-Chip, PIN-Code

We offer access systems that work with fingerprints, RFID chips, or PIN codes. These individual access control methods can be combined to create two-factor authentication.

We offer virtually every RFID reader technology for your convenience. In most cases, you can continue to use your existing RFID transponders with our system. We'll be happy to check the compatibility of your RFID transponders for you.

Continuously on

You can create a so-called "permanently open" profile for each door. For example, you can leave the main entrance door or the gate to the driveway permanently open during normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. without requiring authentication for access.

You can also enter different times per day so that the gate to the entrance is not open on weekends, for example.

Anti-Passback

With the anti-passback function, you ensure that RFID chips, PIN codes, or, simply put, people using the access system cannot re-enter an area until they have properly left. Anti-passback is therefore often used in sensitive areas and prevents the passing of an RFID card or transponder.

If a person enters an anti-passback area, their RFID card or transponder is blocked from re-entering the area until they have checked out at the area's exit reader. Only then will the RFID transponder be granted access to the anti-passback area again.

Alarm system (EMA / BMA)

Depending on the hardware and alarm system, we support the connection of burglar alarm systems and fire alarm systems.

For example, some RFID transponders can be authorized to arm and disarm an alarm system or fire alarm system. This can be done either only with specific RFID readers or additionally with a PIN.

For interior doors, such as office spaces, we offer access solutions that operate wirelessly or completely offline. This eliminates the need for cabling while still enjoying the benefits of electronic access control.
