In addition to software, Layoutify HR also offers the associated hardware. Terminals, barriers, turnstiles, and cameras are sold, especially in the areas of time and access systems and surveillance. Since 2009, supplies have been handled primarily by ZK Europe Ltd., based in Madrid, Spain. As the general agent, the company sources time and access terminals, cameras, and turnstiles from the Far East, which are then prepared and sold in Europe. Furthermore, hardware products are sourced from renowned suppliers such as Assa Abloy and Datafox in Germany.

History

Over 30 years of experience in software development with a focus on time recording and access systems 

In 1995, electronics engineer and businessman Thomas Kruse founded a software company specializing in time and access control software during the early stages of the electronic transformation. This company culminated in the founding of Krutec SoftCon GmbH in 2003 by his daughter Insa Kruse, a software company offering software for time and access control systems, as well as project management and web applications, based in 28844 Weyhe, Germany. The new company was founded in response to an early retirement and succession planning process. Thomas Kruse continues to support and oversee the activities of Krutec SoftCon GmbH as Managing Director.

Our Innovation

Continuous development of all our software modules

Web-based Software applications: This means that all software modules can now be accessed and used in every common browser. Installation is done once internally on IIS server from Microsoft, found on Microsoft Windows Operating System or externally in the cloud. Installation is no longer required on individual workstations. All that is required for web-based software is a common web browser. This is the optimal solution for any company with multiple locations. It works independently of the system and the software runs on a Windows, Linux or Apple-based system. Clock in/out can be done remotely using a Mobile App, Web Terminal or using a physical Terminals. High security standards with daily data backup are observed in the German data centre from where our cloud is hosted. Data access is permanently secured. The advantage: no software must be installed in the company.
